ever wondered - You get so many diets why are some not working?

Have you ever wondered why there are so many diets on the market?

The answer is quite simple, because there are so many different kinds of people in the world. As your fingerprints are different and unique, so is your body.

The diets are tested on, let's say 100 people and works for, let's say 50 out of those 100. Quickly you will find the book on the shelves, you buy it and then it does not work for you. Why? Because you are different from the 50 who it did work for.

This is also why my greatest diet tip will work for everybody, because you are eating what you like, you will not fall back on any old habits, because we all know that if you go back to what you used to eat, you will pick up double of what you lost. The only adjustment you have to make is to eat more fruit and vegetables if you are not already eating approximately 7 different kinds per day. And then if you only eat at night or eat huge amounts of food at a time, it will also be somewhat of an adjustment for you.

The main thing is to not eat too much at one time and eat regularly. This will not only increase your metabolism, this will also give you more energy, because as a car needs petrol to run, so does your body need fuel (food) to go.

The most important is to stay away from energy drinks. Poweraid and those kinds of drinks are fine, but stay away from Red Bull, 911, Play and those kinds of energy drinks. (They will probably stone me for telling you this, but they are dangerous as well as very fattening - because of what they do to your body.

Drink green tea mix or super duper water rather than those and as a bonus you WILL LOOSE WEIGHT FASTER!! (you will find this in the greatest diet tip under the categories as well)

You can drink green tea hot in the winter or you can drink it cooled down and put it in the fridge for summer. It is delicious with ice cubes on a very hot day.

If you have allot of weight to loose, hang in there. Please remember, the faster you loose weight, the faster you pick it up again, so be patient, live fully for every day and conquer every inch a bit at a time.
