Every morning you will start out by doing a saltwater flush which consist of two tablespoons of salt and a quart of water.

During the day you eat nothing and drink nothing except pure water with two tablespoons of freshly squeezed, organic lemon juice, two tablespoons of organic, raw maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

At night you should drink a cup of tea that is typically marketed under the brand name "Smooth Move".

If you have other health problems, this method might be dangerous, that is why it is recommended that you contact a health care professional before attempting this.

After a few days on the master cleanse, you should begin to recognize your mood lifting.

One of the reasons why this is the case is because much of the energy that you get from the drink that you are having will not be used up with the digestive process. After that point, you should begin eating a clean diet and you should recognize the difference in the way that you feel.
